Simular ranks first on OSWorld, WebVoyager and AndroidWorld. That proof currently lives in silent screen captures, GIFs inside research posts, and two hundred articles nobody watches. This is a six month plan to turn a benchmark into a story people forward.
Computer use is the most inherently visual category in AI, an agent physically operating a screen. Simular publishes it as text. Here is who the six month plan is built to reach.
Sales, BD, agency and marketing people living across LinkedIn, email, CRM and spreadsheets all day. Simular's loudest and best served segment.
One person expensing Sai themselves, no procurement. Not the revenue itself. This is how Sai gets inside a company and then asks for three more seats.
Big enough to have real process pain, too small to afford UiPath and the consultants that come with it. Badly served, and the easiest sell in the list.
Insurance, healthcare, finance, back office. The Windows 365 for Agents play, the highest contract value, and the segment with almost no content made for it.
SimuLang, Agent S, the Discord. Not a revenue segment on its own. This is the audience that makes the other four believe the technology is real.
Phase one builds the library and the trust. Phase two turns Simular into a platform builders talk about. Phase three sells the enterprise contract.
Establish the brand voice, bank a library of proof, and get Simular posting something worth stopping for every week.
The Simular story told properly: three ex-DeepMind researchers deciding that the way to make AI useful was to give it a mouse. Shot with Ang Li, Jiachen and Eric Wang, cut against real screen footage of Sai working. This is the film everything else hangs off. It gets pinned, embedded on the homepage, and sent before every enterprise call.
Five real customers documented on camera: what they were doing by hand, what Sai runs now, what came back. Not testimonials. Short documentary pieces with the actual screen and the actual person. Each ships to LinkedIn with a written post above it so it reads before it plays.
One workflow per video, screen recorded and annotated live in the Blockwee style, with callouts on the exact click, the exact field, the exact moment it decides something. Starts with Discord and the highest intent sales workflows, then works through the existing use case library. Volume engine: 8 per month.
A day in the life of an SF founder builder running on Sai, inverted. The camera stays with him at dinner, at the gym, asleep, while the screen keeps working. Ends phase one and sets up phase two by putting a person on screen people want to follow.
End of phase one: one hero film, five customer stories, sixteen shorts and a closer. A library Simular can post from for months even if nothing else ships.
Simular's buyers, GTM leads, ops leads and enterprise operators, all live on LinkedIn. Every film gets a written post above it so the argument lands even for people who never press play.
Primary. Every asset ships here first with a written post above the video. Customer stories and the origin film run from the company page and are reshared from founder and team accounts the same day.
Shorts and demo clips, native upload. Research and builder content threaded with the paper links. Where the developer audience actually is.
Home for long form: origin film, builder series, Built on Sai. Fixes the current gap against Manus, who already run a real channel.
Vertical cutdowns of Sai in 60 and The Empty Desk. Lowest priority, but free once the vertical masters exist.
Builder series and Built on Sai drop here first as a community exclusive, 48 hours ahead of public. Turns 12,000 members into the launch audience.
Origin film on the homepage. Customer stories embedded on use case pages. Night Shift goes into the enterprise deck and every outbound sequence.
Phase one is priced as a single engagement rather than a set of separate projects, because the whole point is that Simular has something worth watching every week from the first month, not one film and a long silence.
Fully delivered. Concept, shoot, edit, motion, captions, masters and cutdowns.
Includes the written LinkedIn post that runs above every film, so the argument lands even for people who never press play.
23 finished videos across eight weeks. Enough for Simular to post twice a week for the rest of the year without commissioning anything new.
They run a real video channel today. Every month Simular stays silent is a month the nearest competitor owns the category conversation by default.
OSWorld went from under 15 percent to over 72 in about a year. Being first on a leaderboard is not a moat. Being the company people picture when they think about computer use is.
Windows 365 for Agents is live and the Series A is deployed. Enterprise buyers need film before they need a demo, and phase one is what earns the right to make it.
One senior video hire costs more than this and produces less in a year. This ships in eight weeks.
Shooting for tech and AI companies since 2022. No category learning curve.
